I think Sophie is lucky to have a mum that wants to create a costume and have fun.

I made my daughter a sandwich fancy dress costume for a party. It was thick card from her shoulders to her ankles with lots of sandwhich filling coming out of the sides.

Great except card doesn't bend and she couldn't sit down all day. Ho hum.
